Our Story
WIUS was founded to tackle key problems in the investment world. In today’s environment, many investors are frustrated by inconsistent returns, ongoing market volatility, and the inability of traditional managed portfolios to adapt. At the same time, intermediary fees tied to standard asset classes continue to erode potential gains further undermining confidence in conventional investment strategies.
The Wius Advantage
Investors are actively seeking alternative investment options that not only offer greater control and transparency but also incorporate the potential for high predictability in returns. Historically such criteria for investment have often exclusively been accessible to the ultra-wealthy but WIUS Capital seeks to offer an avenue for investors to reap the benefits of investing in the private sector.
Connecting Investors to Opportunity
By employing our experience, extensive network, and cultivated relationships, we are uniquely positioned to provide investors with access to private sector opportunities with reasonable minimum entry amounts.
Exclusive Mandates
In addition, we also possess several exclusive mandates that grant access to previously unattainable investment opportunities.
Invest with Confidence
Our model raises capital for a vetted group of companies that are governed by innovative leadership that enable investors to invest in capital protected, fixed return opportunities with minimal exposure to volatile markets.

FAQ
Who can invest with WIUS Capital?
WIUS Capital works exclusively with sophisticated investors, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices. A sophisticated investor may qualify based on experience, income, or prior exposure to private investments and the ability to assess risk independently.
What is WIUS Capital?
WIUS Capital is an investment brokerage focused on private market opportunities, primarily in fixed-return private credit and private equity. We act as a bridge between high-quality, quickly expanding private companies and investors seeking strong, predictable returns.
Who is WIUS Capital for?
We work with HNW individuals, family offices, and sophisticated investors who want direct access to high-performing private deals, without bloated fund fees, outdated gatekeepers, or sky-high minimums.
What makes WIUS different from other brokers?
- We co-invest in every opportunity we represent.
- We focus on cash flowing private investments, not speculative plays.
- We perform institution level due diligence but deliver it in a private, flexible format.
- We are founder-led, fast moving, and fully transparent.
Who is the ideal client for WIUS Capital?
WIUS Capital works exclusively with sophisticated investors, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices. A sophisticated investor may qualify based on experience, income, or prior exposure to private investments and the ability to assess risk independently.
What’s the difference between WIUS Capital and a financial adviser?
WIUS is a broker, not a financial adviser. We don’t push model portfolios or stick to public market funds with dull, risk-rated returns. Traditional advisers are often restricted to regulated, liquid investments usually limited to mutual funds, ETFs, and managed portfolios which are designed to be safe on paper but rarely exciting in practice.
At WIUS, we introduce clients to private, often illiquid opportunities with the potential for significantly higher, fixed returns. We don’t give financial advice, we source and vet real-world deals and back them with our own capital. It’s a hands-on, performance driven approach for investors who want more than just “balanced and boring.”
What is the typical investment minimum?
Minimums start from $25,000 to $100,000, depending on the opportunity and issuer size. Some bespoke mandates may be higher.
What types of returns can I expect?
Most fixed-return investments range from 11% to 18% per annum, typically paid quarterly annually. Equity opportunities are structured for minimum 5x+ return targets but carry longer holding periods and more variability.
How are returns paid?
Returns are typically paid in the same currency the investor originally used, and are transferred directly to their nominated bank account by the issuing company. For most private credit investments, this means regular income payments in USD, GBP, EUR, or AED depending on the structure and investor preference. Private equity investments, on the other hand, generally don’t pay income during the holding period. Returns are realized at exit, which could be through a company sale, IPO, or buyback, and will be paid in the agreed currency at that time. WIUS does not hold or handle client funds at any point, all transfers go directly to the underlying investment structure.
Can I exit early?
Private credit investments are illiquid by design, meaning you’re expected to hold them for the full term (usually 12–36 months). However, most structures are transferable, which means your position can be assigned or sold to another qualifying investor, subject to approval. While this offers some flexibility, there’s no formal secondary market, so early exits are not guaranteed.
Private equity investments are typically long-term and non-transferable. They have no fixed term and no regular income, your capital is tied up until an exit event occurs, such as a company sale, IPO, or structured buyback. Timelines can vary widely depending on the business and strategy, and liquidity is only realised at exit.
Do you hold client funds?
No. All capital goes directly to the underlying investment vehicle / company. WIUS never holds client money.
Is WIUS Capital regulated?
No. WIUS Capital operates under a business introduction model, meaning we do not provide investment advice or hold client funds. All opportunities are offered under private placement arrangements and are available exclusively to sophisticated or high-net-worth investors.
All companies we work with hold the relevant licenses or operate within compliant regulatory frameworks appropriate to their jurisdiction and business activities.
How does WIUS get paid?
It depends on the underlying investment opportunity. In some cases, WIUS receives an introducer fee from the company raising capital. In others, we may receive a profit share, equity, or a combination of these, typically tied to the performance or success of the deal.
What’s important is that clients are always allocated gross. If you invest $100,000, then $100,000 is allocated to the investment there are no upfront fees or deductions taken from your capital. Our compensation is paid by the company or project, not by reducing your investment amount.
Can I speak to an existing investor?
Yes on request, and subject to their consent, we can arrange a reference conversation with a current investor who has completed onboarding and invested via WIUS.
